We cannot find this Logitech G27 Wheel here in Manila; it’s been out of stock for several months already. And we wanted Logitech G27 for GT5 over other steering wheel controllers, as the reviews we have seen are promising

So we tried our luck in Taipei. We first tried looking at the Bade Rd. main building where we usually buy our PC Peripherals and other techie stuff, but we cannot find any store that has Logitech G27 for sale there. We tried looking at other shops outside Bade Rd. and luckily after hours of searching, we finally found a store offering the G27 steering wheel.

Logitech G27 is designed for Playstation 3 (PS3) and we personally like to blend it with our Gran Turismo 5 racing experience.

The Logitech G27 steering wheel is an 11-inch wheel with hand-stitched leather and Dual-motor force feedback for real racing experience.

The gas, brake, and clutch pedals are made of steel and promises to give true-to-life and precise throttling, braking, and shifting control.

The gear is a six-speed shifter and promises to enable racers to quickly select exactly the right gear for the turns and straight stretches. Logitech G27 gear also features a pushdown reverse gear for backing up realistically.

With all of these neat features, we now understood why Logitech dubbed this cool gaming toy as: Real Leather, Real Metal, Real Racing.

The Logitech G27 package contains software CD-ROM, power supply and user documentation and manuals.

For Windows PC it needs at least a Pentium (or compatible) processor, Windows XP or Windows Vista or Windows 7, 256 MB RAM, 20 MB of available HD space, CD-ROM drive and USB port.
