Wow! Blizzard and Legendary released the first movie trailer for Warcraft the Movie over the weekend at Blizzcon 2015. With the tagline Two Worlds, One Home, the Warcraft movie is set around the timeline of the First War between the Orcs and Humans and will feature Anduin Lothar and Durotan as the two main characters.

This is really exciting and honestly for me, the trailer raised more questions than answers. I understand that the movie was in the works since 2009 (to be directed by Sam Raimi) and I am just happy that after all the setbacks, this movie will be soon be a reality.

For the Alliance side, we are expected to see Medivh (Ben Foster), King Llane Wrynn (Dominic Cooper), Khadgar (Ben Schnetzer), Taria Wrynn (Ruth Negga), Varian Wrynn and Moroes (Callum Keith Rennie) in addition to Anduin Lothar (Travis Fimmel). For the Horde side, the movie will cast Toby Kebbell as Durotan, Robert Kazinsky as Orgrim Doomhammer, Daniel Wu as Gul’dan, Anna Galvin as Draka, Clancy Brown as Blackhand, and Terry Notary as Grommash Hellscream. Truly an EPIC line of characters for both Alliance and the Horde.

The movie is set to be released on June 10, 2016. As an avid warcraft fan, I will post more updates here at menardconnect.com soon.
